This website is operated for Via Dhaka. It does not accept bookings, payments or passport uploads.
Information you enter
When you send an inquiry, Via Dhaka stores your name, email, phone, service request and message in private server storage so authorized staff can respond. Campaign labels may be attached if you allow analytics. The owner can delete inquiries; contact info@viadhaka.com to request access or deletion. Do not submit identity documents, passport numbers or payment information. New enquiries receive a private tracking code; only its hash is stored on the server. Keep your code private and save it before leaving the receipt. The tracking page shows only updates staff explicitly share. A language preference is stored in your browser when you choose a language. Embedded partner search tools process information separately under their providers’ policies.
WhatsApp and external services
Continuing to WhatsApp passes the details you entered to WhatsApp in a prefilled message. WhatsApp’s privacy terms apply. External links are governed by their providers’ policies.
Cookies and analytics
Travelpayouts and embedded providers may use cookies or similar technology for affiliate attribution and service operation. Loading a widget makes requests to their servers, which may receive your IP address, browser information and referring page. Browser settings may restrict these tools. Hosting providers may process technical access logs.
Travel partners and affiliate links
Embedded search tools include Trip.com, DiscoverCars, Kiwitaxi, Airalo, 12Go, Klook, Tiqets and Compensair through Travelpayouts. Priority Pass and Radical Storage links also use affiliate tracking. Details entered in partner tools are processed by those services under their own privacy policies. Via Dhaka may receive referral and booking-attribution reports. Google Analytics
With your permission we use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits, saved inquiries and contact/affiliate clicks. Optional Meta Pixel measures advertising events, and Microsoft Clarity can help review website usability when enabled by the owner. Analytics and marketing scripts load only after your corresponding privacy choice; choices expire after 180 days and can be changed using Privacy settings in the footer. Tag Manager mode requires permission for both categories. Partner widgets operate separately under their own policies. Google may process browser, device, approximate location and cookie identifiers. Our custom tracking excludes form values and query strings, and does not intentionally send names, emails, phone numbers or message contents. Google Signals and advertising personalization are disabled in our tag configuration. You can restrict cookies in your browser. Visa guide administration
The protected admin panel uses session cookies and stores password hashes, staff roles, inquiries, internal notes, marketing settings and an administrative activity log in private server storage. Agents can access only their assigned inquiries; managers can access all inquiries and visa guides. Only the owner manages staff and marketing settings. Published guides are public. The editor is for agency content, not traveler passport uploads.
